退款政策

1. 数字商品

你购买的是即时交付的数字内容（完整测评报告），不是实体商品，不涉及物流。

2. 可以全额退款的情况

• 支付成功但报告未能解锁，或技术上无法访问；
• 同一订单被重复扣款；
• 未经你授权的扣款；
• 我们主动取消或终止了相关服务。

3. 已查看报告后的退款

由于数字内容一经交付即无法撤回，在你已完整查看报告后，我们不支持以“对结果不满意”或“与预期不符”为由的退款。请在付款前确认你需要该报告。

4. 欧盟 / 英国消费者

根据消费者远程销售规则，数字内容在“你明确同意立即交付并确认放弃撤回权”后，撤回权即告消灭。你在收银台完成支付，即视为作出上述同意。

5. 如何申请

发送邮件至 support@mianzitest.com，附上：

• 订单号（以 o_ 开头）
• 付款时间与金额
• 问题描述（如无法解锁，请附截图）

我们会在 3 个工作日内回复。符合条件的退款将在 5–10 个工作日内退回原支付方式，具体到账时间取决于发卡行。

6. 拒付（Chargeback）

如果你已发起拒付，请同时邮件告知我们，我们会在支付平台的争议流程中配合处理。

7. 价格调整

价格调整不影响已完成支付的订单。

Refund Policy

1. Digital product

You are purchasing instantly delivered digital content (a full assessment report). There is no physical product and no shipping.

2. When we refund in full

• Payment succeeded but the report did not unlock, or is technically inaccessible;
• The same order was charged twice;
• The charge was not authorised by you;
• We cancel or discontinue the relevant service.

3. After you have viewed the report

Because digital content cannot be returned once delivered, once you have viewed the full report we do not refund on the grounds of being unhappy with the result or it not matching expectations. Please make sure you want the report before paying.

4. EU / UK consumers

Under distance-selling rules, the right of withdrawal for digital content is lost once you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right. Completing payment at checkout constitutes that consent.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@mianzitest.com with:

• Your order ID (starts with o_)
• Payment time and amount
• A short description (attach a screenshot if the report would not unlock)

We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If you have already filed a chargeback, please also email us so we can respond through the payment provider’s dispute process.

7. Price changes

Price changes do not affect orders already paid.
